Permanent Exhibition MUSA at Santa Bárbara Castle

The MUSA is composed of five thematic rooms and the Renaissance Cistern, offering a journey through Alicante’s history and culture. Includes the Engineers’ Corps building with archaeological remains and audiovisual, the Old Hospital with the exhibition 'Alicante Transpassed by the Mediterranean', the Long Room with 'Stories and People' and the medieval gate, the Mine Rooms with 'The Explosion of the Mine' (War of Succession 1701–1713), and the old dungeons accessible via guided tours. Combines history, culture and architecture in a unique setting.
